Market Graphics- Twin Cities Metro is affiliated with Market Graphics National of Nashville, Tennessee. First, a data base was constructed in 1996 which went back for 10 years. Then the first published reports were available in August of 1997. The company has been providing a consulting and reporting service ever since.

Edsel Charles, Nashville, Tennesee, began Market Graphics to respond to the needs of builders and developers for factual information necessary to make good business decisions. He has developed a system of data collection, computer analysis and reporting that has earned the respect and loyalty of the building industry in every city where Market Graphics is located. His experience as a small builder, an award winning sales manager, and as regional manager for a large builder helped him develop a system of reporting and consulting that goes beyond a compilation of reports.

The Market Graphics system provides a Total Market Review, Analysis of Supply and Demand, a list of potential opportunities called "Holes in the Market", and an analysis by county, market area and price range of the activity of every subdivision where there are lots or new homes for sale - all based on original research.
